M.I.A.

So sorry that I have been "missing in action." Studying has really kept me busy. I haven't had time to do anything else, much less blog. So, I decided to take a much needed study break this evening a blog a little.

I went to Natchez for the weekend. It was great to be able to see my family. We buried my grandfather's ashes on Saturday. It was a nice private ceremony. It's weird now to think that is is all final, but I guess it is best that way.

After the burial Saturday morning we headed back to my grandmothers for nothing else than a FEAST! After lunch we were so entertained by cute Ava. She is almost crawling!! I had so much fun playing with her. It's hard to believe the next time I see her she will be on the move!

"Look how strong I am! Someone call the Olympics!"

"Did someone say sweet potatoes?"

"I love to snuggle my mommy!"

"Hey mom, look at this kid... she looks like me!"

"Aunt Katie, I love you this much!"

"OMG!"
